Pacers Training Facility

When St. Vincent and the Pacers joined forces to build a new 5 story, 130,000 square foot facility, Basteel was proud to be a part of the solution for RATIO Architects of Indianapolis, IN. There was a need for privacy screening for the mechanical units, dumpster areas, as well as the site perimeter. Our Cambridge style fence offers a traditional shadowbox design with alternating pickets allowing increased airflow as well as light, which were key components to these areas. When 100% privacy was requested for the dumpster enclosure, our Essex fence was the perfect solution there. Basteel design team collaborated with structural engineers at RATIO, as well as Capitol City Fence installers to step up to the challenges of this project including multiple different heights and installation methods, even installation on the deck of the parking garage. The finished look was upgraded to 100% KYNAR coating for UV resistance to fade and long-lasting, beautiful fencing product.
