BASTEEL Perimeter Systems is proud to partner with HySecurity on their first crash-rated slide gates, the StrongSlide product line. Utilizing the BASTEEL steel frame cantilever gate, these crash gates offer the end user durability, ease of operation, and the industry’s widest crash tested certification with a 24 ft clear opening.

Product features include the light weight vehicle arrestor system, reducing overall weight for a long service life and overall easier operation. For precise and easy installation, the unified mounting template locates and aligns gate rollers, support ports, and arrestor catch bollards, and the raised platform is predrilled. BASTEEL’s steel frame cantilever gate panel with bottom track hardware provides durability and smooth operation.

Additional Features

Bottom track cantilever gate: Superior gate mechanics, easier to install, and designed for a service life of 500,000 cycles with preventative maintenance.

Pre-aligned installation template: Error proof and simplify the installation process for lower overall cost.

Side-mounted top track: Vertical stabilizer system uses roller element guides in side-mounted track to provide safety, improve performance in windy conditions, and assures alignment at closer limit.

Bolt down design: All attachment points are cast in concrete, and both the gate and arrestor structures are bolted down. This simplifies the installation and assures proper alignment.

Concrete filled catch bollards: These posts capture the arrestor during an impact and double as bollards to protect the date, operator, and fence.

Versatile infill options: A wide array of infill options for any architectural or design need. Constructed from powder coated steel for years of carefree service.

Crash rated: Tested with a 24 ft clear opening, the M30 and M50 products are certified crash gates with P1 and R2 ratings, respectively. * Ratings: ASTM F2656-20 M30-P1 and ASTM F2656029 M50-P1.
