Enclosures at New River Community College were a significant part of the project, as you can see by some of these expansive lines of fencing. RRMM Architects specified BASTEEL on the job, entrusting us to handle each section with the design detail it deserved. From chillers that needed air flow, to dumpsters, to parking lots… the Essex and Cambridge styles checked all of the boxes for the various needs.

Essex creates a solid visual block providing privacy, security, and aesthetics altogether in one. The architects chose an 8′ design in Bronze for the majority of the fence and gate sections on the campus. This had 5 different enclosures, including a 29,000 square foot parking lot. However, when airflow became a concern to enclose the chillers, switching to a Cambridge style for these sections with the traditional shadow box design was the best solution.
