Securing Sensitive Sites

BaSteel’s Total Private Design Security R Top was specified on this project to provide first line defense. Securing sensitive materials, the requirements called for total visual impairment. The bold stance of the standard Total Private Design coupled with the intimidating R-Top profile, made this security fence a strong deterrent to intrusion.  At the Specifier’s request an additional rail was added to increase security.

Universal Studios’ Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit Rollercoaster

BaSteel makes its first Hollywood appearance at Universal Studios’ Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit Rollercoaster. Opened to the public in August 2009 BaSteel ensured that the crowds were funneled safely and efficiently through the line to the main attraction. BaSteel’s four foot high Shadow-Box Design with top cap was utilized to create the corral.

Power Substation Security

BaSteel’s relationship with the Power Distribution and Power Generation community continues to grow as BaSteel’s products are solving problems. Substations, instrumental to the world as we know it, are very dangerous and most often times aren’t going to provide the most attractive backyard landscape. As copper theft continues to increase the power community has looked to BaSteel for solutions.  In this application BaSteel’s 10’ high Total Private Design with razor ribbon was requested. The unique request to have the razor ribbon below the top of the fence allowed BaSteel to provide a custom solution. By adding two additional rails, bringing the total to four, exponentially increased the amount of time required to breach compared to conventional chain link fence.

 

BaSteel has been the choice of the Florida Keys Electric Corporative, on several sites, to provide not only security from human threats but mother natures as well. Another example of how BaSteel stands-up to tough environments.

22’H Cantilever Gate

BaSteel was approached with the challenge of designing, manufacturing, and coordinating the installation of a self supporting 7,000lb cantilever gate. From the photos it can be seen that the challenge was meet but to BaSteel we are very proud to report that our customer is happy.   

Roof Top Screening

BaSteel’s Shadow-Box design was specified for use at a school, located in Chicago, to provide roof top HVAC screening. BaSteel’s ability to withstand high wind loads made this project a Breeze, literally.
